Toronto Registration and online payments.
For those students that have handed in a registration form to the school indicating they will be attending the spring music department tour to Toronto this spring.

Note: If you handed in a late registration form and deposit your payment will be updated once the cheque has been received at the travel company.
Also note: The $2.00 transaction fee for the online payments will be added as a credit to the final payment for each student.
Information to send to the participants:
The on-line payment system set up by our tour operator, Ellison Travel and Tours Ltd is ready to accept your registration to collect the remaining payments for our tour to Toronto.
By clicking on the link below you will set up an account to register and make payment for the tour by credit card MASTERCARD OR VISA ONLY or directly from your Canadian bank account.
To start the registration process:
- Scroll down to the bottom and select “Click here to register for this tour”
- Enter your email address and password and click “Create Account” (please note if you have travelled on a previous tour with Ellison Travel you may already have an existing account – in this case click “Manage Account” and follow the prompts
- Note: create your registration with the travellers name
- Your ET Tour Number is 218-20
- The payment details are listed, you have the option to pay by credit card (MasterCard or Visa only) or (CANADIAN bank account).
- Choose "Tour Login" at the very top right hand corner and select "Create Account" or “Manage Account” if you have created an online account in the past
- Enter 218-20 and click on “Register for Tour”
- Enter your email address, create a password and click “Register”
- Follow the prompts
Please note it is very important not to miss the Registration Deadline of September 27, 2019 payments will not be charged until the payment due dates.
Please note that your 1st per person deposit has already been paid and sent to Ellison Travel & Tours Ltd. and will show as a CREDIT (1st deposit) once you register online.

Travel Insurance - Ellison Youth All Inclusive Plan with Manulife Financial has been included as part of this trip, based on the price of your tour per this quote (coverage for all Canadian residents who are full time students up to age 29 and chaperones up to the age of 64 who have a valid provincial health card - includes emergency medical coverage, cancellation and interruption, limited baggage insurance – see policy for terms and conditions)
**Please review the electronic copy of your policy for the risks covered by Manulife for benefits of purchasing cancellation insurance. You will find this policy during the registration process. An insurance supplement fee will be charged for adult participants of the trip; the amount of that fee is determined by age.
